About Jacqui

Jacqui Rowe is an experienced Early Years leader and reflective leadership practitioner with over two decades in education.

She currently leads a nature-based Kindergarten in the UK, where supervision, staff development and professional judgement are central to everyday practice. Alongside this, Jacqui supports Early Years leaders to strengthen confidence, protect wellbeing and build thoughtful systems that feel sustainable and not overwhelming.

The Nurtured Leader grew from real leadership experience. From navigating inspections, staffing challenges and curriculum clarity, to protecting space for reflection within busy settings, Jacqui understands the realities of nursery life.

Her approach blends practical structure with calm reflection, helping educators move beyond compliance-driven systems and towards leadership that feels steady, intentional and rooted in care.
