Coaching

A space that's just for you.

1:1 coaching for Early Years practitioners and leaders who want to think more clearly, lead more confidently, and feel more like themselves at work.

You're good at what you do. You care deeply about the children, families, and colleagues around you. But somewhere between the daily demands, the endless decisions, and the responsibility of holding everything together, it's easy to lose sight of your own voice.

You spend so much time supporting everyone else that there's rarely space to stop and ask yourself:

What do I think? What do I need? What's next for me?

Coaching creates that space.

It's not advice. It's not mentoring. And it's certainly not someone telling you what to do.

It's a protected conversation where the focus is entirely on you — your thinking, your challenges, your strengths, and your next steps. Through thoughtful questions, reflection, and exploration, coaching helps you find clarity, confidence, and a way forward that feels right for you.

Sometimes, all it takes is someone asking the right question.

Do any of these sound familiar?

If you're nodding at any of these, coaching might be exactly what you need.

Something doesn't feel right — you just can't fully name it yet.

You're holding everything together for everyone else, but running on empty yourself.

You know you want something different. You're just not sure what.

There's a conversation you've been avoiding, or a challenge you keep putting off.

You're good at what you do, but lately the role has started to feel bigger than you.

There's a decision you keep coming back to, but you can't quite land on it.

What we might explore together

Every coaching conversation is different because every person is different.

While people often come to coaching wanting to explore things like confidence, decision-making, leadership, or career direction, there is no fixed agenda.

You don't need to arrive with a clear goal or a perfectly formed plan.

Sometimes you know exactly what you want to work on. Sometimes you just know that something doesn't feel quite right.

We follow your lead and start with whatever feels most important to you on the day.

Confidence & identity

Reconnecting with who you are as a practitioner or leader, especially when the role has started to feel bigger than you.

Exploring your strengths, values, and the unique contribution you bring to your setting.

Clarity & decision-Making

Working through the things that feel stuck, overwhelming, or unclear.

Creating space to untangle your thinking and move forward with greater confidence and certainty.

Leadership & Wellbeing

Navigating the challenges of leadership while protecting your wellbeing.

Finding ways to lead sustainably, authentically, and with confidence.

Growth & direction

Exploring where you want to go next, in your role, your setting, or your career and identifying what's helping or hindering your progress.

Or it might be none of these things.

You may bring a difficult conversation you're avoiding, a challenge with a colleague, feelings of self-doubt, a new opportunity, a leadership dilemma, or simply a sense that you need space to think.

The agenda belongs to you.

My role is to create the conditions for reflection, ask thoughtful questions, and support you in finding your own way forward.

  • Stop going round in circles and actually move forward with the things that matter?

  • Feel more confident in who you are — not just what you do?

  • Doubt yourself a little less, and trust yourself a whole lot more?

  • Get underneath the noise and work out what's really holding you back?

  • Feel clearer, calmer, and more certain about where you're heading?

  • Lead in a way that feels sustainable — not just for everyone else, but for you too?

  • Finally give yourself permission to want something different?

  • Work with a coach who listens deeply, asks the questions you haven't thought to ask yourself, and will gently but honestly tell you what she sees — even when it's uncomfortable?

If you're nodding, you're in the right place.

Jacqui has helped me build confidence in making and communicating decisions, reassured me in my role, and deepened my understanding of how and why I communicate the way I do with others. She listens without judgement, adapts to the way I need to be coached, and waits for me to find solutions myself without leading me.

This journey has been so much more than just 'coaching' — it's really powerful. I cannot thank her enough."
