What supervision should feel like

Most Early Years settings offer supervision because they have to. A form. A date in the diary. A conversation that covers the basics and moves on.

But supervision at its best is something entirely different. It's a protected space where practitioners can slow down, think clearly, and leave feeling more capable than when they walked in.

That's what I offer — and it looks different depending on what your setting needs.

How I can support you

Whole-setting supervision

A structured reflective model for your whole team, built around regular sessions that develop thinking, confidence and practice — not just compliance.

Individual supervision

A protected 1:1 space for practitioners who want to think more clearly about their work, their leadership, or where they're heading next.

Leadership supervision

For nursery managers, deputies and SENDCos carrying the particular weight of being the person everyone looks to. Space to think that's just for you.

How it works

Sessions are held online, making them accessible wherever your setting is based. Each session is structured but not rigid — led by what the practitioner brings, supported by a reflective framework developed through years of real supervision conversations.

The Professional Growth Journey

The model draws on this published reflective journal, developed first for my own team and refined real supervision conversations.

  • "She listens without judgement and provides guidance tailored to my development journey."

    —EY Practitioner

  • "Jacqui has helped me build confidence in making and communicating decisions myself."

    —L5 EY Lead Practitioner

  • "She encourages reflective practice by challenging my thinking and guiding me to consider how best to reach my goals."

    —Primary School Teacher
